Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of our products the only returns that will be accepted are the following: 1. You have received the incorrect product. 2. Products have been severely damaged during the shipping process. Photo evidence of damage will be required. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at momroo@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policies

At this time momandroo will only ship within the United States. 

All orders placed before 5:00pm (Pacific Standard Time) on Wednesday will usually be shipped out no later than Friday of the same week. Rare occasions may alter this policy and you will be contacted via email by momandroo

Orders placed after the deadline will usually be shipped no later than Monday the following week. Rare occasions may alter this policy and you will be contacted via email by momandroo

All customers will be required to pay for shipping on products purchased from momandroo unless stated otherwise by us. 

Shipping times can take up to 7-10 business days, this is subject to change depending on shipping times provided with the United States Postal Service, including but not limited to: carrier delays, back ups within the postal service, or any other reason that the USPS takes longer to deliver the package. 

Shipping costs are subject to change at the sellers discretion.
